By downloading, installing, or using Virtual Try-On Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on Windows devices that you own or control, for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App to generate AI fashion model images for personal, commercial, or e-commerce purposes.
You may use generated images in your own products, listings, marketing materials, and social media.
You may modify and adapt generated images for your own use.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to:

Generate images that depict real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App itself.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the App. Images generated by the App using the Flux AI API are subject to the terms of the Flux API provider. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the Flux API terms of service.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the Flux AI image generation API. Your use of this service is subject to the Flux API terms and privacy policy. IAM_DEV is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IAM_DEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results that meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Updates

IAM_DEV may update the App from time to time. Updates may be delivered automatically through the Microsoft Store. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
