This Privacy Policy describes how Virtual Try-On Studio ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We take privacy seriously and have designed this application to collect as little data as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Virtual Try-On Studio does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information.

Images you upload are stored locally on your device in the application data folder (~/.virtual-tryon/uploads/). They are never uploaded to our servers.
Generated images are stored locally on your device. We do not access, view, or retain any generated content.
Application preferences (API settings, configuration) are stored locally and never transmitted.

2. AI Image Generation

Virtual Try-On Studio uses the Flux AI image generation API to process your requests. When you generate an image, your prompt text and reference images are sent to the Flux API service. Please review the Flux API privacy policy for details on how they handle submitted content. Your API credentials are stored only on your local device.

3. Internet Connectivity

The application requires an internet connection only to communicate with the Flux AI API for image generation. No other outbound connections are made. The application does not contact any analytics, advertising, or telemetry services.

4. Data Storage

All application data — including your model library, clothing library, generated images, and settings — is stored exclusively on your local device in:

Windows: C:\Users\<username>\.virtual-tryon\
macOS: /Users/<username>/.virtual-tryon/

You can delete this folder at any time to remove all application data from your device.

5. No Analytics or Telemetry

Virtual Try-On Studio contains no analytics SDK, crash reporter, usage tracking, or telemetry of any kind. We do not know how you use the application.

6. No Account Required

The application does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use its features.

7. Children's Privacy

Virtual Try-On Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
